Been training for a 10km run that will take place at the end of November, and up to now I've only been able to run 6-8km... but tonight I went for a run with my co-workers (two guys who have a goal to finish the 10km in 45 mins! crazy!) - and I did the whole 10km!!!!! Very happy!
I did it in a little more than 1hr 10mins, which is my goal. But it's ok, as long as I did the 10km, then now I can start working on shaving off minutes as I continue my training!
