Said I would share some photos of the flower shop, didn't I? Well here they are!

As we have a dinner party coming up, we called in a large order of peonies, which are sooooo pretty at the moment! But first, have a look at the window display and the store that I decorated and take care of!

We have two windows to display in, and this one is where we put up displays to inspire brides.... hehehehe.... I did the white and silver curtains. I also tied the white curtains with strands of crystals, which you can't see from a far..... The flowers are silk ones, but I didn't make them, and at the moment we are short on summery silk flowers, so I wasn't able to make new bouquets, I actually don't like the bouquets on display here, but had to make do with them....

And this is the interior of the store. It's small, but sufficient, especially since it's usually one or two people running the whole store, it's actually a lot of work. We always have to make the displays fresh looking, so we'll switch up flowers and pots and stuff like that.

I also did the display for the alcove that faces the entrance of the store, it's here below.....

We used a huge (and heavy) branch, hung a bunch of brown crystals from it, and decorated with silver vases and lots of white and birch colour things.... I can't say what "flowers" I used cuz they look more like honeycombs and dried sponges on sticks than flowers.... hehehehe....

And some other photos that I took around the store....

Hahaha, See how big the peony got? I bought some for our home, and as the white one was already slightly opened, so it got even bigger once I had it at home for a while. LOL, it's even bigger than my face! And there's this deep red, like a pomegranate colour peony that's really rare... well it's the first time I've seen one that colour, so I'm excited for it to bloom and we'll see what it looks like.

The white peony is so big and fluffy looking that it looks like a silk flower, but all of these are real!

And below, from left to right:

Corsages that I made, however I had to stay 2 hours after work to finish 80+ corsages for a graduation ceremony the next day as my boss forgot about the order and we didn't start making them until an hour before my shift ended....

The middle photo is of a Commercial Mum (Chrysanthemum), i L-O-V-E it! The colour is truly that splendidly blinding pink! And I love the fullness of it's petals!

Lastly, we have a photo that shows part of the 'cooler' where we keep all the fresh flowers in a "fridge-like" room to keep them looking pretty.... but because it's size and the narrow door doesn't allow me to take a good photo, so you only get to see some of it....
